"I have had State Farm insurance since I started driving. I'm 51 now. Same agent (now handed off to the son). Anytime that I have questions, all I have to do is call them. If they don't know the answer, they will get it. Rates are competitive, and the personal service tops it off!"

"Having just moved from out of state, I was fully prepared for the usual paperwork marathon and a few bureaucratic hurdles. Instead, I called Mark Riden State Farm and was greeted with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and a “we’ve got this” attitude.
I happened to call just before closing (never ideal!) but Paul never made me feel rushed. He went above and beyond to get everything squared away and made the entire process surprisingly easy!
As someone who works in customer service, I know exceptional service when I see it - and this team absolutely delivered.
