"If anyone is unhappy with their insurance provider and/or rate, I highly recommend Jessica Tallent with State Farm. Licensed in TN and GA. I may sound like a commercial but she just saved me $1100 a year on my home insurance(with better coverage) and $200 a year on auto. She's great with communication and responding to any message or call very quickly. I'm in south ga, and after hurricane helene and not having an agent to guide me, I knew we needed a change. Thank you Jessica!!!"

"Excellent service and quick turnaround for coverage. As an out of state new home buyer in the local community with existing State Farm policies the ease of binding an additional policy allowed me the Comfort and knowing no matter what state I’m in a local Statefarm office is there to serve its consumers needs. "Honestly, my rates here kind of blow. Definitely nothing to really brag about last time I was in a wreck. I waited almost 4 months to get money from my vehicle and was never given a rental, but there’s a sweet lady named Jessica at The Etowah location that asked for a review so this review is representative of Jessica. "I was having issues with my Drive Safe app and I emailed the agency, Jessica got back with me almost immediately and we exchanged a few emails to figure out the problem and she had no problem with exchanging numbers to make it easier!
